East County Portland - Talks Resumed

San Diego looking to add a new park(maybe)

North County Times reports of a new park being considered for the community of Vista. Skater however aren't buying the "efforts" being put forth by the City officials.

This isn't the first time City official front their efforts just to keep others quiet.
